Announcing the ResolvePay Advisory Board
We have some exciting news this month at ResolvePay. We launched in 2019 and began our journey full of ambition and experience with consulting, technology & holiday pay, but like every new business operator, we are always keen to learn from those who have done it before us.
That’s why we are delighted and proud to announce that four captains of industry have agreed to support us by joining our Advisory Board. For us, this is a big reason to celebrate, especially during a time when lockdowns are all encompassing.
We’re grateful that Jason Dale, Andrew Davies, Genevieve Tearle and Kevin McCaffrey, who combined have experience across most New Zealand industries in management, executive, consulting or advisory positions, have agreed to be ‘on Board’.
It gives me great pleasure to welcome them to our Advisory Board as we endeavour to take ResolvePay to the next level:
Jason Dale, Chief Commercial and Financial Officer New Zealand & Pacific Islands, NZ Steel, and General Manager BlueScope Pacific Islands: Jason is a respected leader in the accounting and finance community, with more than 25 years’ experience in some of New Zealand’s leading companies. He has worked in New Zealand, Australia and North America, and held CFO positions at Sealord Group, PGG Wrightson, ERoad and Auckland International Airport, as well as Commercial Director at Fonterra (Ingredients). He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and is on the board of Ravensdown Fertilizer (Co-operative) Limited.
Andrew Davies, General Manager NZ, ERoad: Andrew is New Zealand's General Manager for EROAD, a highly successful tech start-up now listed on both the NZX and ASX. Andrew has spent over 7 years with EROAD and has propelled the business to accelerated and consistent growth in New Zealand and more recently Australia. Prior to EROAD Andrew spent most of his career working with start-ups, establishing business operations in Brasil and Australia, as well as working in the technology and telecommunications sector in the UK and Canada. An accomplished professional across sales, marketing, product, and operations Andrew has a passion for businesses that are challenging the status quo, and are willing to embrace change in order to grow fast
Genevieve Tearle, General Manager, Marketing Executive & Coach: Genevieve is an executive business leader, passionate about developing great businesses and teams. From market management across the globe, to transformational leadership of a Philips division in India, to getting a start-up off the ground and profitable. Genevieve brings a breadth of management and practical experience, taking strategy to delivery and simplifying the complex. With 20 years of managing and optimising a P&L, she is a seasoned business leader with global experience, with senior roles in companies such as Comvita, ERoad, Fisher & Paykel and Philips.
Kevin McCaffrey, Principal, My Governance: Kevin is an experienced partitioner in Governance, Strategy and Change Management having worked for a wide variety of sectors and size of organisations within New Zealand and across the Asia Pacific region. A former Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers and EY he has run his own business and is an experienced director of commercial and community organisations; a serial volunteer for social enterprises.
