Why we built it
Born out of frustration with spreadsheets.
Holidays Act recalculations used to mean huge, fragile spreadsheets: slow to build, hard to check and easy to get wrong. For large employers with complex rosters, that simply didn’t work.
So we built HART. It codifies the Holidays Act 2003, so every calculation follows the same rules, every time. That means you can calculate with confidence, and show your board and auditors exactly how each number was reached.
